We created these booklets because we are passionate about helping people lead healthier lives, and we need to take care of ourselves now more than ever. The booklets are designed to assist with at home stretching, following a simplistic and easy to use method taking around 15-20 minutes.

We made them for everyone to join in and take part, by adding it to your daily routine, or a rest day, or maybe just to help get your body moving again. The aim with these was to make it easy for people who want/need to stretch but don’t really know what stretches to do or how to add them into their lives.
